Steps to order your videos, audio cds and books

1. Browse/Search our website for a Video/Audio Message or HardCover Book
2. Add the desired product to the cart and proceed to browse more or checkout.
3. Use the cart icon to view your cart and review the product quantity
4. Proceed to checkout enter your customer information, shipping information and shipping method
5. Make payments
6. After payment is made, an email will be sent to you, indicating details of what you have bought

Order Tracking/Status

1. Video/Audio Messages can be downloaded from the notification email sent or from 'My Download' section of your account page
2. Hardcover Books will be delivered to the address provided during checkout. The order notification email includes and order tracking number to track the status of your order
